Lifetrack Coaching & Consulting was founded in 2018, helping organizations navigate governance, risk, compliance, leadership, finance, and transformation. That work surfaced a recurring gap: organizations invested heavily in systems and policy, but struggled to retain knowledge, onboard staff, and build lasting capability. The missing infrastructure wasn't more software — it was learning. That conviction led to Riskophia, and, following the late-November 2025 acquisition of the Werdermann Learning Management System and its community of more than 40,000 learners who have completed over 100,000 learning experiences, was transformed into Learnophia — a modern learning ecosystem combining instructional design, enterprise learning technology, and knowledge management.

The visionary behind Learnophia and the broader Riskophia ecosystem. With almost two decades of experience in organizational transformation, governance, risk, compliance, finance, executive coaching, and leadership, she has helped organizations across healthcare, financial services, government, energy, and professional services build capability and navigate complex change.

Chief Financial Officer

Leads Learnophia's financial strategy, operational stewardship, and sustainable growth, working closely with leadership to ensure continued investment in innovation, customer success, and long-term value.

Antone Mijungu

Technical and Customer Lead

Leads Learnophia's technical delivery and customer support, working directly with organizations to implement the platform, resolve technical needs, and ensure every client gets full value from Learnophia.
